Manny Back but LA Baseball Memorabilia is Selling Out Without Him |

Baseball memorabilia fans especially those in Los Angeles could not believe their ears when the news first broke of Manny Ramirez being sidelined for using illegal muscle supplements. After practicing in the minor leagues for a 50 game stretch the Dodgers went to work and now have an iron fist over the National League West standings with a 7 game lead over the second place Giants. With a record of 52-30 and Manny returning to the team’s bench, one can only wonder if this big talking, heavy batting, dread wearing hitter is going to mess up the Dodger rhythm. Manny may have been the highest paid player on the team but he has not helped sell any memorabilia collectables for the team this year.
He has played a few games since being back with a one homerun so far. He can still hit, that’s for sure but has left a bad taste in my mouth with his arrogant attitude. There is going to be a lot more LA baseball memorabilia sold before the playoffs. I’m excited to see how Manny performs in the post-season since his teammates paved the golden road to what looks like a World Series spot.
