pro sports memorabilia, signed football memorabilia

My husband is a huge sports fan. He watches everything from golf to football. I think if synchronized swimming was on TV he would watch that too. With this in mind, I have been looking into getting him some pro sports memorabilia for Christmas this year. I just have to decide which sport I want to focus on. Football is in season so I really think this will be the most logical place to start. I know my share about football, but when it comes to memorabilia collectables, I don’t know where to begin.  
One phone call to my brother recruiting his help has helped me with some great finds. I took to the internet because this is where I would be best able to do my research. It didn’t take long. Under "signed football memorabilia" I found a jersey from the year he was born. I just know he is going to love it! I can’t wait for Christmas to get here. I am not sure who is going to be more excited, him or me!
