football memorabilia, signed football memorabiliaFor NFL fans tomorrow is a big day. It is draft day for ESPNs fantasy league. What this means is millions of football fanatics will wake up blurry eyed, sign up in the early morning hours to try and secure a power house of players to lay waste to all who try and compete. I will be one of those people. Honestly I have not followed to many of the big names coming into the league this upcoming season so I am going to call the power of old football memorabilia to lead me to the promise land.

I plan to pull out signed football memorabilia from Matt Hassleback, place it on the computer desk as a good luck charm (not so sure he is the right guy for the job) and hope the draft goes my way. I would love to have Vick commanding the troops and if the football memorabilia charms work Larry Fitzgerald will also join the gridiron squad. I didn’t play in last season’s Fantasy League so it is going to be a crap shoot. I’m considering holding out four fingers, assigning each of them a player name and then slapping them on the corner of a desk. Whichever one hurts the most is the player I’ll go with. I actually heard of a person doing this on the SATs and scoring over a 1200. Memorabilia collectables on deck, I think the draft will go my way.
